Reporting to the General Manager, the Sales Manager Europe will be in charge of:
- Expand the international market for the wholesale channel throughout distributors and agents.
- Develop new business opportunities.
- Hire, train and manage the network of agents and distributors.
- Lead the international sales team.
- Achieve the sales targets.
- Give feedback to the management about inputs from clients, agents and distributors.
Perfil buscado (h/m)
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Business, Economics, Marketing or simila
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Sales Manager in the footwear sector or the fashion industry.
- High level of English and other European languages will be taken in consideration.
- Results-oriented and good decision-making skills
- Problem solving and analytical skills
- Leadership, flexibility and good oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work under pressure and own initiative
