As Sales & Marketing Manager Southern Europe, your missions are based on two main axes:
Maximize the Company's short- and medium-term profitability:
Develop and retain the portfolio of key accounts (local and export),
Identify the needs and expectations of clients,
Negotiate prices to optimize margins while responding best to customer constraints,
Build and maintain excellent business relationships with all clients.
Being in charge of product marketing for a range of basic chemistry products:
Develop sales forecasts over 13 months for each product, by product and if necessary by key accounts,
Study the developments on the market for each product in order to have a complete view of the market and to share it regularly with the team specialized in base chemicals,
Coordinate with the Sales Optimization Specialist to ensure that each product is at the lowest cost and with the best possible margin on variable costs.
Perfil buscado (h/m)
Commercial and/or Technical degree.
Minimum of 5 years' experience in the sales and marketing field.
Business acumen and commitment, entrepreneurial talent, good communication skills, high level of adaptability, SAP R/3 knowledge and skill, knowledge of solvents business, team worker, basic knowledge of Chemistry (preferably solvents).
