  • Retain and grow business in Spain region
  • Regional budget strategy development and board level business reviews
  • Make commercial and strategy decisions for the region
  • Approval of the long-term sales strategy planning and program proposals for existing clients and new prospects
  • Team performance reviews & appraisals
  • Identify new business opportunities
  • Ensure sales forecasts are achieved
  • Supporting during client business reviews/presentations
  • Review client projections and contracts for final approval and sign-off stage
  • Manage the team of sales managers, development and training.

Perfil buscado (h/m)

  • Masters/University degree in business administration or Marketing
  • More than 10 years' experience in a solution selling/business development role (in an international/retail environment is preferable)
  • Proven business development success via consultative selling at the board level
  • Experience in brand/loyalty marketing, CRM, and data-driven marketing solutions
  • Proficient in the use of office software (MS Office)
  • Strong strategic leadershipand decision making skills
  • Works well under pressure
  • Well-composed to handle and work closely with c-suite/senior management level
  • Fluent in English
  • Frequent travel required
