  • Deploys the Company Sales strategy within his/her scope of responsibilities, being accountable for the development and execution of the business plan.
  • Delivers Revenue/Sales plan according to the established profitability and growth objectives.
  • Contributes to the annual sales budget preparation and ensures accurate forecasts and reporting throughout the year.
  • Provides strategic support to customers including . gathering and clarification of market information.
  • Analyses market potential to determine areas of growth with existing and potential customers.
  • With the support and advice of the Legal department, lays out and negotiates commercial contracts consistent with the company's business principles and goals.
  • Supports pricing objectives and policies.
  • Performs the necessary prospection activity to generate and maintain the required sales pipeline opportunities in support of growth.
  • Develops strong relationships at all levels of the customer's organisation and takes action to resolve difficult situations and problems.
  • Closely collaborates with the R&D department to develop innovative value propositions for current and new customers.
  • Provides senior management with regular reports, statistics, analysis alerts and all required qualitative and quantitative information on the activity and the market.

Perfil buscado (h/m)

  • The candidate must have an university degree in Engineering or Commercial/BA.
  • Experience with verifiable accomplishments in similar B2B markets (preferably in a packaging organisation) in the management of large key accounts, including bluechip companies.
  • The job requires strong sales and negotiation skill set and ability to both farm and hunt for sales.
  • The candidate needs to have knowledge and experience in value based selling, global/ multinational sales management, CRM, selling in competitive market environments and good understanding of Food & Beverage Packaging market.
  • Proficiency in project/investment financials/P&L, Controlling/Finance is necessary as well as willingness to frequently travel.
  • Ability to adapt work practices, priorities, or procedures in response to changing conditions or multiple work demands and solid computer skills are important.
