- Working in complex, matrix organisation and ability to build and maintain relationships in this environment.
- Understanding of NMD market and KOLs in Spain involved in NMD therapies.
- Proven leadership record - taking tough decisions, whilst bringing the team with you.
- Strong financial acumen and business acumen.
- Experience in creating and defending business operative plan for the year.
- Ability to review business objectives and seeking for opportunities.
- Willing to challenge the status quo, to innovate and drive change in the organisation.
- Understanding of full NMD strategy and portfolio and how to leverage and use to build for the future.
- Strong and demonstrated stakeholder influencing skills - across the businesses and up & down the organisation.
- Experience in coaching a sales and a technical team.
- Ability to engage and work with other divisional leaders in country, to build cross divisional opportunities.
- Leverage functional groups & new capabilities to advance the business.
- Inspires engagement, trust and the winning spirit in the team.
- Strong talent development experience: identifying and developing talent and new skill requirements.
- Strong communication skills verbal and written.
- High level of English and Spanish.
- Be able to travel.
