Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, his/her responsibilities will be:
- Planning, development and implementation of the online strategy for the different ranges and products.
- Support for the development of new products. Scheduling, monitoring agencies, control timings and coordination with production schedules.
- Distribution and optimisation of the portfolio by type of customer and / or country.
- Monitoring and support the communication and PR strategy both online and offline.
- Analysis and monitoring of marketing activities and use of different sources of information (AC Nielsen market research Ad-Hoc, domestic sales, channel information (distributors).
- Project management: setting priorities, coordinating different suppliers, meet timings.
- Marketing Plan implementation, coordination of the catalogue and showroom creation, displays, POS materials, merchandising, competition analysis and results of customers, tracking developments and actions foreseen in the Marketing Plan.
- Daily contact with agencies Public Relations and Advertising.
Perfil buscado (h/m)
- Bachelor`s Degree in PR and Advertising, Economics or similar.
- Is a must to be German and English bilingual with good level of Spanish.
- Previous experience as a Marketing Assistant either in final client or Digital Agencies.
- Good knowledge using Microsoft Office (Excel, Power Point and Word).
- Dynamic, analytic and proactive skills needed.
- Abe to work with autonomy and focus on results
