- Make business grow and increase sales in the territory of Spain and Portugal throughout the distribution channel, industrial and purchasing groups with also assigned named accounts.
- Plan and carry out regular visits to existing customers, technical prospectors like architects and engineers and applicators based in "Value Added Selling".
- Improve selling strategies and processes with volume, product mix, high margin sales and competitive value and service propositions.
- Design relevant commercial policies and guidelines in compliance with corporate principles for implementation based in local policies and other important guidelines for the assigned accounts.
- Produce, as required, reports, sales forecasts and statistical information with clear focus in sales analysis of products and customers.
- Participate in strategic planning process and new products implementation with continuous contact with production plants in Europe.
- Contribute in sales & marketing actions in the territory as well as in the other European countries in order to collaborate with other Group Strategies.
Perfil buscado (h/m)
- Education: 4-year engineering degree
- Languages: English and Spanish
- Experience: Minimum 4 year's experience in sales and prospection of technical products (passive fire protection products and coatings)
