- Achieve the requested/agreed sales results according to strategies and plans and further develop the respective accounts.
- Develop and execute local marketing for each account.
- Effectively manage assigned accounts for business growth.
- Sales responsibility for customer and overall budget.
- Quality and intensity of customer service.
- Coordination of the realization of all projects within the accounts.
- Identification and adequately response to opportunities.
- Relationship management and customer interaction.
- Contribute to the development of the account Plan.
- Identifying and implementing process optimization for customers.
- Building a strong network.
- Carry out an excellent preparation for customer visits.
Perfil buscado (h/m)
- At least from 3 to 5 years direct KAM experience required.
- Knowledge such as background in Perfume/Cosmetics is a must.
- Presentation skills.
- Budget and project planning.
- Clearly communicate and empathy.
- Networked, creative thinking to detect opportunities for customers and market segments.
- Strategic, goal-oriented approach to secure our success.
- Identifying and awakening of needs at project level and customer level.
- Language skills in written and spoken English and Spanish.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Spain
