  • Achieve the requested/agreed sales results according to strategies and plans and further develop the respective accounts
  • Develop and execute local marketing for each account
  • Effectively manage assigned accounts for business
  • Sales responsibility for customer and overall budget
  • Quality and intensity of customer service
  • Coordination of the realization of all projects within the accounts
  • Identification and adequately response to opportunities
  • Relationship management and customer interaction
  • Contribute to the development of the account Plan
  • Identifying and implementing process optimization for customers
  • Building a strong network
  • Carry out an excellent preparation for customer visits

Perfil buscado (h/m)

  • At least from 3 to 5 years direct KAM experience required
  • Knowledge such as background in cosmetics is a must
  • Presentation skills
  • Budget and project planning
  • Clearly communicate and empathy
  • Networked, creative thinking to detect opportunities for customers and market segments
  • Strategic, goal-oriented approach to secure our success
  • Identifying and awakening of needs at project level and customer level
  • Language skills in written and spoken English and Spanish
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Spain
