We're looking, for our client based in Barcelona, the next Manager/Director to develop and maintain the international business.
- Develop the business strategy and identify the market opportunities.
- Create and follow the new leads and existing accounts in order to generate long-term relationships.
- Travel and meeting the clients F2F in order to introduce them the solutions and deal with the negotiations.
- Making the team grow in a mid-long term, by training the new joiners and leading them.
- Working closely with the CEO of the company for the business plan and execution.
Perfil buscado (h/m)
The ideal candidate will have, at least, 5 to 10 years of experience in selling software solutions for technical company targets, dealing with CTO's, Purchasing Managers, CEOs, etc.
We're looking for somebody with a strong international mind-set and experience selling IT solutions in different countries.
We're looking for a leader: somebody that can create the international pipeline and team from the beginning, that can join the company with passion and create actions that can improve the dynamic of the business.
Proficient use of English is a must and any other European language will be a plus.
