  • To provide information to the top management in terms of Headcount, salary, bonus, contracts , ...
  • Propose and implement a system of continuous training for executives and managers across the region.
  • Recruitment policy system for each country in the region.
  • Propose and implement active policies to motivate employees.
  • Revise the compensation and benefit strategy which supports the business needs cost-effectively whilst also enabling a competitive position is maintained.
  • Maintain good employee relations, ensuring that all issues of dispute are resolved promptly, supporting Heads in all Union negotiations to achieve agreed objectives.
  • Actively promote Talent Management, providing succession planning programmes.
  • Offer legal counsel to managers if required.
  • To lead and participate at any HR project for the region.

Perfil buscado (h/m)

  • University Studies (Law, Business Administration, Psychology, ... ).
  • Specialisation in Human Resources.
  • High level of English is a must.
  • Minimum 5 years experience as HR Generalist or HR Consultant position, preferably in an industrial multinational or in a consulting firm.
  • Travel required.
