Reporting to the General Manager, with established and consistent business outside Spain and constantly growing locally, your main responsibilities will be:
- To understand the business strategy and translate it into HR policies.
- To manage Talent Acquisition activities using the competency management model.
- To attend Manager's needs related with all concerning HR matters.
- To help the team leaders to measure the performance of their team and propose affordable objectives and development paths.
- To provide of knowledge and guidance related with on-boarding, training, expatriation, etc.
- To be up-dated in HR trends and changes that could have an impact in employee relations.
- To manage and up-date compensation policies and benefits.
Perfil buscado (h/m)
At least 5 years experience in HR roles.
Generalist HR knowledge focused on Talent Management.
Experience in little companies and international environments.
Proficiency in English is a must.
