- Leadership team member participating in corporate strategic planning and decision making. Sets direction for entire HR department and advises company Executives and managers on HR related issues.
- Accountable for all aspects of human resources for a company of 90 people.
- Leads improvement of HR processes to increase efficiency and reduce time of response to employees and customers.
- Initiate and is directly responsible for planning and design of outsourcing payroll.
- Responsible for benefits administration, open enrolment preparation and execution.
- Manages company plan. Assists employees in enrolling, updating contributions and informs employees about investment options.
- Reviews payroll and oversees processes related to payroll and leave records.
- Creates and executes company policies and procedures.
- Mentors colleagues on effective delivery of HR services, including employee relations, benefits, and employment law.
- Provides feedback and coaches at the management and employee level.
- Works across multiple stakeholders including individuals, managers and outside counsel.
- Directly Report to CEO.
