Our client, a leading multinational company in the luxury sector is seeking a Head of Sales for its Madrid office.

Reporting to the Managing Director, the candidate will be responsible for leading the sales team, increasing the sales volume, revenue, contribution after promotion, and market share in consumer products in Spain. In addition, the candidate will be in charge of developing joint business plans with retailers that will set out the key strategic aims for the company, managing a co-advertising budget in line with forecasts and promotional activities, and administering all areas of the promotional activity planning cycle.
The candidate will work closely with the Commercial Finance Manager and Logistics Manager to deliver forecasts that account for sales, trends, promotions, and seasonality and distribution changes. The right candidate will also be in charge of maximising shopper and consumer understanding through the right product mix in-store and online and regularly communicating activity to the retail activation and marketing teams.
Perfil buscado (h/m)
The successful candidate will hold a bachelor degree in Business Administration, Economics or similar, with strong experience in face-to-face meetings with retailers, a high level of financial and logistical knowledge and excellent team-leader abilities. They will also demonstrate a high level of the English language, be an outstanding influencer and a dynamic and motivational trailblazer.
