On behalf of our client we are looking for a passionate, experienced and most of all business oriented Head of Accessories (m/f). In this role you will be in charge of the complete category Accessories which already exists but aims to become a new independent category / business unit.

Descripción de la oferta

  • Implementation and development of a strategy to build up a new Business Unit for the mass market
  • Development of the existing product portfolio and thus increase the turnover and the profit
  • Progress innovative solutions to expand the current product range and launch the new products
  • Establish sourcing strategies to make sure that the company is always up to date on the latest category trends
  • Support the development and implementation of sales strategies especially for the mass market across EM-EA markets together with the Sales Business Partner EM-EA (Mass Market)
  • Selecting and developing external (local) partners / distributors
  • Internal communication and coordination with all relevant divisions (e.g. Marketing, Purchase and Sales)
  • Full responsibility for e.g. pricing, local product development for local market needs and initiating promotion ideas
  • Responsible for valid growth strategies in all EM-EA markets
  • Development of a multi-channel launch strategy and communication campaign
  • Leading and coordinating both a local team and the international team

Perfil buscado (h/m)

  • Master degree in (international) Business and Administration (preferred), or equivalent
  • min. 5 years of general international management experience (Sales and Logistic/Supply Chain) focus on management across different countries (Matrix Structure)
  • Expert in mass market dynamics and specialise (e.g. in the DIY-industry)
  • Ideally experience in leading a category for an international brand
  • Out of the box-thinking with an entrepreneurial mind-set and a can do attitude to build up a new Business Unit
  • The position owner is excelling in communication, interaction and delivery skills and is constantly delivering high standard performance and is able to motivate a team of workers
