Role Summary:

- Development, implementation, oversight and governance of the internal and external audit program for GHC Europe.

- Responsible for the management and ongoing accreditation of the ISO 9000 audits and maintenance of quality standards throughout Europe.

- Monitor the qualitative performance of GHC European Operations through the review and evaluation of all operational based performance audit data

- Collaboration with all extended partners (i.e. Treasury, Internal controls, Operations Management etc.) on program management of audit activities.

- Oversight of the program methodology for GHC's administrative partners/vendors to improve overall service delivery to GHC's customers, ensure delivery of agreed upon SLAs, and enhance overall governance and quality of deliverables from partners

- Initiate proactive defect trend identification and gap closure through the use and influence of performance/quality teams and improvement initiatives by leveraging Six Sigma tools.

- Ultimately this individual will play a key role in the development of continuous quality improvement capability across Europe Service Operations that fully supports the transformation of GHC culture to performance management excellence and improve NPS.

Responsibilities:

- Development and implementation of a comprehensive Internal and external audit program for GHC Europe.

- Responsible for the planning and internal audit execution that meets the requirements of the ISO 9001, BCP, IIP and CCA quality standards.

- Collaborate with Internal Corporate Auditors on internal control gaps (i.e. ISO, Compliance etc.) and the timely closure of these gaps.

- Ensure the delivery of independent and consistent audits across all European operational functions ensuring compliance and consistency with process/procedures.

- Ensure the maintenance of GHC Europe's audit policy, processes and procedures.

- Lead/Focal point for coordination of all client external audits to ensure audit adherence of compliance standards. Ensure realistic action plans are completed, actions monitored through Operations and gaps closed.

- Review prior internal audits reports for GHC to proactively close audit gaps.

- Collaborate with GHC internal partners and external vendors in identification of compliance risks, solutioning gap closure tied to these risks, and implementation of process improvements to ensure on-going gap closure. Partners with associated business areas in the implementation of these improvements.

- Support and/or lead quality initiatives and programs at both a local and Global level, involved in complex audits where necessary.

Perfil buscado (h/m)

Qualifications:

- BS/BA degree in Accounting, Behavioral Science, Economics, Business Management or other appropriate disciplines.

- 7+ years' experience of driving operational performance excellence and successfully developing and leading best practices in process improvement.

- Financial knowledge - profit and loss account, cost centers, budget forecasting

- Ability to sponsor, drive cross functional and cross cultural business initiatives and achieve business results.

- Ability to manage/assimilate detailed data, metric and processes while translating and shifting and communicating effectively regardless of audience

- Proficient networking, negotiation and influencing skills

- Expert in operations excellence concepts, i.e. root cause analysis, Six Sigma, lean etc.

- Exceptional analytical skills and partnering skills.

- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization

- Demonstrated ability to lead multi-functional projects independently and act as the point of contact to drive initiatives that affect end-to-end accuracy and customer satisfaction.

- Ability to thrive in a high paced and multiple priority environment.

- Travel requirement of up to 25%

- High level of english (very important to the daily performance)
