To act as the designated Business Analyst for various health and wellbeing based Projects in the company. The role will primarily be to work between solution development, design, engagement, implementation, test, operations and other key areas of the organisation to map the current "as is" business processes and then use these outputs to create the "to be" processes for the future Company Health and wellbeing centre of excellence. This role also includes documenting the current wellness product development & implementation processes and to assist in the creation of Technical and Functional Specifications and Requirements documentation that can be used by the business to enable the company to develop and deliver key internal and client facing projects.

Perfil buscado (h/m)

The suitable candidate must be able to demonstrate strong experience in the following areas:

  • Business Analysis techniques such as Use Case completion, process modelling, root cause analysis, data models, process maps and traceability management
  • Be able to lead requirements and specifications workshops and facilitate effective discussion
  • Gather and document Business & Functional Specifications to meet business requirements
  • Support in leading Vendors and 3rd Parties in documenting Technical specifications
  • Document workflows and results of business analysis into the business requirements for the project
  • Strong stakeholder relationship and communication skills
  • Support technical teams in the development of estimations and plans for the delivery of business requirements by ensuring clarity in business/functional requirements
  • Ability to follow and contribute to the maintenance of the PMO Framework and BA Standards of



Practice

  • Prepare and review full BA lifecycle documentation
  • Use tools and techniques to review and document Web delivery requirement mapping web processes and producing wireframes and validation rules for web journey development
  • Good communication skills and ability to support team members to influence senior management and key stakeholders
  • Ability to develop and maintain relationships
  • Ability to use available technology in the most efficient manner to allow business goals to be achieved



Desirable Skills

  • Experienced Business Analyst or Product Manager or Quality Assurance Manager
  • Knowledge gained within the Insurance or Finance Industry (not essential)
  • Experience in the production of Functional design
  • Experience in gathering and in managing the production of Functional Specifications against



Business Requirements

  • Experience working as the Project/ business Product manager or Quality assurance manager working with a wide range of areas to define the full solution to meet business requirements.

Qué Ofrecemos

Competitive salary package based on the candidate experience.

This role will be based in Madrid and will involve travel between Company sites and client sites in Europe when needed (25%).
