The main responsibilities for the business manager will be :
- Develop a business plan in line with headquarter strategy.
- Attain and increase sales in Germany.
- Develop customer relationships with existing and new distributors.
- Co-ordinate sales and production schedules.
- Advice clients in any technical specifications.
- Analyse business performance on an on-going basis, prepare and publish reports as required
Perfil buscado (h/m)
Knowledge of Automotive and Truck market.
- Bilingual in German and English.
- Residence in the Basque Country.
- Proven success in developing strong partnerships across all levels of the business in both internal and external facing.
- Relevant background in industrial automotive and truck account management.
- Good negotiation skills coupled with commercial acumen and well developed interpersonal skills.
- Self motivated and driven, demonstrating initiative and creativity in daily approach.
- Robust character and able to work autonomously.
