  • Work closely with ARD South-East Sales Director to decide on sales strategies and go to market models
  • Attend South-East ARD Leadership team meetings and provide input/insight where required
  • Accurately forecast sales and growth opportunities using available sales tools and applications. Prepare and participate in business reviews/forecasts to ensure a constant flow of information to the Management and BU.
  • Develop and maintain a high level of regional /national knowledge regarding trends in the market and Healthcare systems
  • Maintain a high level of technical and commercial competence on relevant products, techniques and applications.
  • Maintain an awareness of competitor activities and developments and ensure that this information is collected and made available to the team, and BU.
  • Manage the direct Sales team, to deliver on set revenue and GP plans
  • Build and implement Sales strategy across the country including products, solutions, services, tools and processes in line with the BU strategies
  • Establish and ensure the team deliver agreed sales activities
  • Keep up to date with priorities, offerings and strategies of the BU
  • Deployment of ARD training for all sales associates including assessment of progress and evaluation of provider
  • Work closely with South East Sales director to ensure the sales team receive the support they need to deliver according to plans
  • Actively manage the relationship with National & Portugal distributors to ensure alignment with company objectives
  • Coach and support Territory Sales managers to develop and implement sales plan for assigned Regional distributors and agents aimed at achieving and exceeding sales turnover and financial return. Target new business accounts and opportunities as well as existing customers

Perfil buscado (h/m)

Must have's

  • Language: fluent English.
  • Experience in working with their respective Healthcare System Areas, preferably in the Consumable environment: minimum 5-7 years
  • Experienced into the Healthcare market as Sales Manager /Sales leader: Minimum 3 years
  • Experience in team management
  • Proved introduction into their respective Hospitals (Anaesthesia & Surgical Dpt., ICU´s, Emergency Room, Administrative & Purchase Area)
  • Clear thinking + capability to analyses & focus on key topics
  • Strong in communicating and to delivering clear message
  • High energy + motivation + ready to take on a new challenge
  • Cope with change and ambiguity and changing environment



Nice to have's:

  • Preferred people that have worked in the Life Support, anaesthesia, ventilation area for companies like Smith, Intersurgical, Teleflex, Covidien, Draeger..
  • Candidates should have experience working with large multinationals, preferable US based companies
